1. Free Citywide Delivery

Eligibility: We offer free delivery for all orders within Bengaluru city limits for products purchased through our website.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders within the city are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing. You will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Process: Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the scheduled time.

2. National Delivery (Outside the City)

Shipping Costs: For orders outside Bengaluru, shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions of the goods, and the destination. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe: National deliveries generally take 3-7 business days, depending on the location. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

3. International Shipping

Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping options at checkout to see if your location is eligible.

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Wrong Address: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If the address needs to be changed after the order has been shipped, additional charges may apply.
