Refund and Return Policy

At SAMAN Portable Office Solutions, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, this policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange goods, and how refunds will be processed.

1. Order Cancellation Rights

Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please notify us via email at sales@samanportable.com, including your order details.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. No fees will be deducted from your refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Time Frame: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Original Condition: The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Returning Goods

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@samanportable.com. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Shipping Responsibility: Use an insured and trackable shipping method when returning goods. We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment and cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt.

4. Refund Process

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:

The goods show obvious signs of use.
The goods are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.

Exchange Process: Once we receive the item for exchange, we will ship the replacement. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be required to pay the price difference.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Sale Items: Only regular-priced goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Missing Returns: If we do not receive the returned goods or no proof of return delivery is provided, no refund will be issued.
