Every model on this page is newly fabricated in container form at our Bengaluru and Greater Noida works; a converted used ISO container is available only as a separately quoted option.

Single 20-ft unit: 4–6 person team. Compacted gravel or concrete pad at four support points. Crane-placed in under 2 hours.
Single 40-ft unit: 8–12 person team. Same foundation requirement. Requires a 40-ton telescopic crane for placement.

Stacked (2-level): Doubles floor area on the same footprint. Requires reinforced concrete pad foundation — minimum 150mm M20 grade across the full stacked footprint. New vs. Refurbished — Which Container Grade Is Right
New ISO-fabricated containers — what we supply as standard: All SAMAN container offices are new fabrication. No prior use as cargo or storage. Material test certificates, IS 2062 grade confirmation, and warranty documentation available for every unit. Required for government procurement, port operations, and projects with third-party inspection requirements.
Refurbished containers — available on request: Structurally sound used shipping containers converted to office use. Typically 25–35% lower cost than new fabrication. Acceptable for short-duration projects where procurement documentation is not mandatory. Lead time is 10–25 working days depending on availability.
For most corporate and government procurement, new fabrication is the right choice. For 6-month highway projects where cost-per-day is the primary driver, refurbished is worth evaluating. Tell us your project type and we will advise which grade makes financial sense.
Delivery Across India — How Multi-Unit Projects Are Coordinated

Our erection team arrives with the delivery. They place, level, interconnect, and commission all electrical. You arrange crane access; we handle everything from that point forward. Completion is marked by a site walk-through, checklist sign-off, and documentation handover.
Transit time from our Bangalore or Greater Noida facility runs 3–10 working days depending on destination state. Erection adds 1–3 days per batch. Total project commissioning timeline is confirmed at the order stage — not estimated after the fact.

A 40-ft unit starts at Rs 4,20,000 under the same conditions.
What increases the quote: distance beyond 200 km, stacking requirement (adds foundation specification and structural interconnection work), AC fitout, toilet attachment, generator provision, premium interior finish, or multi-unit simultaneous delivery with dedicated erection team.
What does not change: IS 2062 grade steel, factory testing before dispatch, and erection at site are included in every quote. No separate erection invoice.

Can SAMAN supply stacked container offices — what foundation is required?
Yes. Two-level stacking is standard. You need a reinforced concrete pad foundation — minimum 150mm depth, M20 grade — across the full footprint of the stacked units. We provide foundation drawings with the order. A 40-ton telescopic crane is required on site for placement. We erect and structurally interconnect the levels. You arrange the crane.
What is the minimum order for Pan India delivery projects?
No minimum for single-unit orders within South India or Delhi NCR. For Pan India projects outside our primary delivery zones, we recommend a minimum of 3 units per delivery batch to keep logistics costs proportionate to unit value.
How long does a container office last and what maintenance does it need?
A new-fabrication IS 2062 Corten steel container office has a working life of 15–20 years with standard maintenance. Corten steel develops a protective oxidation layer that resists further corrosion — no annual repainting required. Panels and electrical components can be replaced independently without structural intervention.
Can container offices be relocated after the project ends?
Yes. ISO corner fittings are standard on all units — any crane operator with standard lifting chains can lift and load. Most units are relocated 2–4 times over their working life without structural degradation. We can help coordinate transport when your project closes.
Is refurbished stock available if our project budget does not allow new fabrication?
Yes, on request. Refurbished units — structurally sound used shipping containers converted to office spec — are available at approximately 25–35% below new fabrication cost. Lead time is 10–25 working days depending on availability. Material test certification is not available on refurbished units.

Container offices ship as complete steel modules on open trailers — 20-ft-class sizes on a 20 ft trailer, 40-ft-class and twin modules on a 40 ft trailer, with ODC routing planned for 20×20 and 40×12. Every dispatch includes a crane plan at both ends: the same lugs that lift the unit at our works place it on your pad. Free delivery within Bangalore city and Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida). ODC charges are tentative and confirmed with your order and route.
